  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to: ahacprcare@gmail.com
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted by phone.
  • Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation

A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), and
  • Missed appointments (no-shows).

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued minus any credit card processing fees.

2. Rescheduling

Participants wishing to reschedule must do so independently through the designated website booking system.

  • Rescheduling will not be completed via phone or email.
  • All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice as outlined above.

  • All no-shows will incur a $25.00 fee, which may be applied as a forfeited deposit.
  • This policy applies to all course types, including but not limited to classroom, online, healthcare provider, industry, lay rescuer, and community courses.
  • Selection of an incorrect course does not exempt a participant from this policy.

4. Course Completion / Failure to Pass

Training programs require successful completion of all required components.

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to complete or pass a course, regardless of the reason.
  • Participants are responsible for meeting all course requirements and prerequisites.
