Course Description & Target Audience
The Heartsaver for K-12 Schools course is designed to prepare students (elementary, middle, junior and high schools) to provide CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
Usually, this option can be used as Homeschool credit. (Check your local/state/scholastic requirements.)
This course is also intended for “faculty and staff” (teachers and coaches or any employee of K-12 school system)
This course provides a limited completion card that is valid only for the purposes outlined above and cannot be used for any other requirements.
